Delete from web
- Sign in to your account.
- Open your dashboard settings.
- Go to the account deletion section.
- Submit the deletion request and confirm.
If you are signed in now, you can go to dashboard and navigate to account settings.
Delete from mobile app
- Open the InvoiceMe mobile app and sign in.
- Go to Menu and open account-related settings.
- Select Delete Account and submit your request.
Can't access your account?
If you cannot sign in, contact us from your registered email address with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.

What happens after deletion
- You will lose access to your account and workspace.
- Your active subscriptions may be cancelled according to billing rules.
- Core account and business data is scheduled for deletion from operational systems.
- Some records may be retained where legally required (for fraud prevention, tax, or compliance).
- Backups/logs may persist for a limited retention period before automatic purge.
Timeline
Most deletion requests are processed within a reasonable operational window after confirmation. If additional verification is needed, our support team may contact you.
