1. Scope of service
InvoiceMe provides invoicing and business operations tools, including web portal and mobile app functionality such as invoices, estimates, clients, items, subscriptions, reports, and related account features.
Feature availability may differ by platform (web vs mobile), region, subscription plan, and active add-ons.
2. Eligibility and account registration
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep them updated.
- You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must not share login access in ways that violate security or misuse policies.
- We may suspend or restrict access for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
3. Email verification and activation
New accounts may require verification by one-time PIN code and/or activation link sent to your email address. Access to some features may be limited until verification is complete.
4. Web and mobile usage rules
You agree to use both web and mobile services only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or security bypass;
- upload harmful content, malware, or code intended to disrupt the service;
- misuse communication features (emailing, notifications, links) for spam or abuse;
- use the platform in violation of local laws, tax requirements, or export controls.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
- Paid plans are billed according to the selected package terms and duration.
- Pricing, limits, and included features are listed in the subscription area.
- Failure to pay may downgrade, suspend, or restrict access to paid functionality.
- Free plans/trials may include usage caps (e.g., invoice limits, template limits).
- Renewals and upgrades are governed by plan-specific rules shown at checkout and in-app.
6. Payments and third-party processors
Payments may be handled through third-party providers. We do not store full payment-card details unless explicitly described in your payment flow. Payment disputes, chargebacks, and processor compliance can impact account access.
7. Invoices, estimates, reports, and business data
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of invoices, estimates, taxes, customer details, and business records created through InvoiceMe.
InvoiceMe provides tools to generate, export, and share documents, but does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
8. AI and automation features
AI-driven outputs (e.g., categorization, insights, follow-up suggestions, assistant responses) are provided for operational support and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review AI outputs before relying on them for financial, legal, compliance, or business-critical decisions.
9. Integrations and external services
Integrations with external systems (payment gateways, banking, email providers, app stores, third-party APIs) are subject to those providers' uptime, terms, and policy changes. We are not liable for failures caused by third-party outages or restrictions.
10. Data, privacy, and retention
Our handling of personal and operational data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using InvoiceMe, you acknowledge this processing.
Account deletion can be requested according to our Delete Account process.
11. Intellectual property
InvoiceMe, including software, branding, UI, content, and service design, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell platform assets.
12. Service availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service (including specific web/mobile modules or APIs) for maintenance, legal compliance, security, or product evolution. We may change plan limits and features with reasonable notice where practical.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
InvoiceMe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceMe and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to fees paid by you for the relevant subscription period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, where applicable.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify InvoiceMe from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law.
16. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, legal requirements, payment failure, abuse, or security risk.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which InvoiceMe operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law in your location.
